Beloit College students led ped/bike education classes

For three days, students participated in education sessions organized by the Wisconsin Bicycle Federation . The sessions included pedestrian education, walk audits, adult learn-to-ride-a-bike classes, smart cycling, a bike rodeo, bicycle mechanics, and other social events. The event involved members of the Beloit community as well, including a local group of avid cyclists.

Clare has held several positions in the fields of social justice and environmental justice, with a focus on communication, outreach, and community building and empowerment. Now, she’ll attend Johns Hopkins to pursue an MA in science communication.
